Cross + Associates Adds Juana Gustin-Quick as Director of Business Development

William R. Cross, president of Cross + Associates, a full-service advertising agency primarily serving the education and healthcare industries, announces today that Juana Gustin-Quick has joined the firm as director of business development. In this role, she will be responsible for researching and attracting new clients. She will also serve as a liaison between clients and agency account service, media and creative teams.

"We are thrilled to add Juana to our team," said Cross. "Her 25 years of experience in the advertising business and her extensive knowledge of the healthcare industry will be very valuable to our growing agency and clients."

Prior to joining Cross + Associates, Quick was director of business development for The Adams Group, a marketing communications agency based in Columbia, SC. She has also worked for industry giants Neiman Marcus and Aetna.

Quick is a graduate of East Carolina University and currently resides in Columbia, S.C. She enjoys spending spare time with her two grandchildren and is a cycling and boating enthusiast.
