s·com Announces its Rebranding Campaign

s·com, a subsidiary of the Carlisle Staffing Group Ltd. (London: CXG), a worldwide staffing leader in the telecommunications and information technology sectors, announces today that the company has retained a brand-communication firm to revamp the current s·com Web site. With s·com nearing its 10 year anniversary in the United States and exceeding 30 years of exceptional service in the U.K., the executive management team desired to have a more focused and concise branded message for their candidates and clients.

"s·com is focused solely on staffing in the telecom and IT industries," said David Petrovich, president of s·com. "Therefore, we needed a branded message that was as concentrated as our business model. To ensure that our new message was accurate, s·com surveyed a select customer group to discover what our brand proposition meant to our customer base."

The survey, conducted by s·com, discovered that 96 percent of all respondents stated that they would recommend s·com to a family member or friend. The management at s·com in reviewing these results as well as many others realized that it was the people of s·com that made the company a success. In essence, since the people of s·com deliver top-shelf people to their clients, the new branding campaign was titled: Thinking People. The positioning of Thinking People reflects the strategic approach that s·com takes when working with clients and candidates.

"Our recruiters think not only about the candidates skill set, but also about how the candidates will assimilate into the culture of their new company," said Petrovich. "The message of Thinking People transcends both internally and externally. We not only have Thinking People working to match ideal candidates to organizations but we also produce strong candidates that are Thinking People."

The brand-communication firm retained by s·com, has completed a comprehensive revamp of the s·com Web site and is currently working on creating new collateral materials that will highlight s·com's core areas of staffing expertise. The content of both works focuses on the s·com process, which simply stated, is a one-on-one recruitment process. The staffing professionals at s·com use a proprietary screening process to hone-in on an exact candidate and then complete extensive one-on-one candidate interviews. Once this preliminary process is completed, then the pre-qualified candidates are referred to s·com's clients for permanent or contract placement.
