Fairway Outdoor Advertising donates to the Duke Children’s Hospital

June 13, 2008

Duke Children’s Hospital went into the final year of its Children’s Classic with some help from Fairway Outdoor Advertising. Fairway donated a combination of traditional and mobile billboards for a donation value of $11,000. The announcement was made today by Paul Hickman, general manager of Fairway.

The donated billboards went into service about a month prior to the golf tournament to raise awareness and participation in the Classic. The local billboard company has been supporting the Duke Children’s Hospital since 2004.

“Duke Children’s Hospital provides some amazing services to our area’s children,” Hickman said. “Our organization is delighted to support this great community cause.”
