Resort Realty Adds Owner Services Division

Mike Harrington, general manager of Resort Realty, one of the Outer Banks most innovative and dynamic rental companies of luxury vacation homes, announced today that the company has added an owner services division.

Phyllis Cole and Casey Neal will lead the new owner services team, which is responsible for promoting the expansion of property management, attracting new owners and providing top-shelf customer service to existing owners.

"Phyllis and Casey have a combined 34 years experience in Outer Banks real estate," said Harrington. "Their knowledge of this market is unsurpassed and we will look forward to them providing superior customer service to our property owners."

Cole, an Outer Banks resident since 1984, currently resides in Nags Head. She has served as a broker for the Corolla division of Resort Realty for more than 16 years. Cole is also the Corolla/Duck editor at the North Beach Sun.

Neal resides in Kill Devil Hills with her 14 year-old son, Wade. She boasts 18 years of property management experience in the Outer Banks and also serves as an ambassador for the Outer Banks Chamber of Commerce.
