Resort Realty Adds Chris Toolan as Sales Agent

Michael Harrington, general manager for Resort Realty, one of the Outer Banks most innovative and dynamic companies, specializing in rentals, sales and property management of luxury vacation homes, announces today Chris Toolan has joined Resort Realty as a sales agent. Toolan will work at the Nags Head office and begins on March, 1 2008.

Toolan most recently served as a Senior Associate Broker at Village Realty. His personal and professional experiences include many successful commercial, residential real estate projects and re-sales. Prior to Village Realty, Toolan was the founder of Grade A Services, managing a multi-office employment agency serving northeastern North Carolina's business and industry professionals for fifteen years.
Toolan is a graduate of the University of Richmond with a degree in economics. He moved to the Outer Banks as a full-time resident in 1989 and takes pride in being a part of this community. He resides in Kill Devil Hills with his wife Dorothy and stepdaughter Charlotte. They enjoy the opportunities afforded to them living on the Outer Banks and being active at St. Andrews by the Sea Episcopal Church.
